i've been painting for over two decades.

i used to have this horrible private art teacher when i was little who smoked too much and made me use stencils when i couldn't draw very well yet. it was a sham and, needless to say, i only took lessons from her for a year. i then took lessons from a man named john bryans—he was a phenomenal artist who helped me to become one, too, with patient guidance and instruction. i've dabbled in pretty much every medium there is, but you'll notice that my favorite is korean egg tempera. i learned of this paint from yet another teacher i had after mr. bryans—a korean woman in annandale, VA—and have been having it imported from korea ever since.
