i wonder how seriously college-aged, amateur nude models take themselves, because i know for a fact that most college-aged artists don't take them seriously at all. don't get me wrong, i consider those who voluntarily take their clothes off in front of strangers brave, but you have to wonder what these people are thinking. do they think that they're inordinately attractive and should be appreciated and immortalized by their peers? to tell you the truth, i don't really enjoy figure drawing. i don't really like being forced to gaze for long periods of time at other peoples' nakedness unless we're down like that or they're super hot.
